Invitation Letter Economic & Trade Conference and B2B Meeting Luncheon

To those whom it may concern

The 26^th U.S.-China Joint Commission on Commerce and Trade (JCCT) will be held in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province from November 22^nd to 24^th, 2015. In order to strengthen economic & trade exchanges and cooperation between Chinese provinces and U.S. states, with the support of Ministry of Commerce of China and the Department of Commerce of the U.S., Guangdong Provincial Government will avail itself of this opportunity of JCCT to host the Economic & Trade Conference, B2B Meeting and Luncheon between Chinese Provinces-U.S. States under the framework of Joint Working Group for Trade and Investment Cooperation between Chinese Provinces and U.S. States on 23^rd November. Official representatives and entrepreneurs from relevant provinces and cities in China and certain U.S. states and cities will be invited to attend these events.

Chair persons from both sides of JCCT will attend the luncheon and deliver speeches. The rundown of the Economic and Trade Conference entails introductions of the investment and business environment, policy promotion, and business cooperation followed by a B2B meeting between the U.S. companies and Guangdong companies with cooperation intentions or investment desires. Guangdong Province would avail itself of this economic and trade conference to better encourage Guangdong companies to actively seek cooperation with American counterparts and invest or set up business in U.S., and attract more American companies to come to invest via three areas of Guangdong Pilot Free Trade Zone, namely Nansha, Qianhai and Hengqing.
