Mostly, it is used as a reinforcing material added to the resin, metal, ceramics, concrete and other materials, thus constituting the composite material. It has feature of high heat resistance (greater than 2000 ° C).
1.1.1Product Introduction
Carbon fiber short silk or polyacrylonitrile staple fiber needle felting are made into carbon fiber felt, graphite felt, etc. by a certain process of treatment, since 90% felt are holes, so it thermal insulation property in vacuum or inert atmosphere is excellent, with the characteristics of small heat capacity, low thermal conductivity, light weight, soft, can be adapted to quench, acute fever, no deformation, can save a lot of energy, chemical resistance, good seismic performance, ease of processing into any shape, easy at all types of equipment installation, widely used in a variety of vacuum resistance furnace, induction furnace, sintering furnace, brazing furnace, ion nitriding furnace, tantalum and niobium smelting furnace, vacuum hardening furnace and other required graphite plate, graphite rod, graphite gaskets, graphite block, graphite tubular heater, conductive rod, hearth graphite, graphite bolts, nuts, brackets graphite, graphite mold. Its maximum working temperature under vacuum or an inert atmosphere is 1800 ℃ - 2500 ℃, is ideal insulation material for a variety of the vacuum furnace.
1.1.2 Market Prospects
Currently, carbon fiber of the world has the following trends: products performance tends to be high performance; prices will be significantly reduced; the consumption of the field of aerospace and stationery steadily increase, the consumption of civilian industry will be larger that has exceeded that of the first two. Especially with the mass production of large-tow carbon fiber, its price will continue to reduce, and the amount of civilian industry will continue to maintain a significant increasing trend.
1.1.3 Technological analysis
The project is mainly producing high modulus graphite fiber products. For carbon fiber, the high-temperature energy consumption, short service life of high temperature equipment are the main reason for the high price of their products. In general, the prices of graphite fiber products are about 10 times higher than similar carbon fiber products.
Therefore, there are two preparation methods of carbon / carbon cured carbon felt in this project, one is the use of fiber braid is solidified and cracked by the resin solution, and gradually makes the preform cracking and carbonized to get carbon / carbon cured carbon felt, and then purified it by high temperature and graphitized felt to obtain graphite curing felt; the second method is that short fibers and resin are evenly dispersed in the solution, and pouring into a mold that having a predetermined shape, after curing, cracking, high-temperature purification (graphitizing) to obtain a carbon density / carbon cured felt, cured felt with low density and good insulation effect. While low production cost, simple production process, it can replace imported cured felt.

1.2 Content and Scale of Project Construction
1.2.1 Scheme and Scale of Product
The construction of project is divided into two phases, 6000 pieces of carbon fiber plate, 9000 pieces of carbon / carbon cured carbon felt will be produced in the first phase. The second phase is planning to build 10 production lines, and the production capacity of 3000 pieces of carbon / carbon cured carbon felt, and 1,000 sets of low-density C / C curing carpet.
1.2.2 Content of Project Construction
The project is planning to build 18 production lines of deep processing carbon fiber products. The plan is implemented in two phases. An expropriation 10,000 square meters of land, the construction of eight production lines, the purchase24 units of advanced high-temperature resistance furnace and ancillary equipment, the production of 6000 pieces of carbon fiber plate, 9000 pieces of carbon / carbon cured carbon felt will be carried out in the first phase.
