Project for Green Agricultural Product Deep Processing Industrial Park

Main Content and Investment Scale of the Project：

The planned area of the project is 401.44 hectares, including 220 hectares of the first stage project, which focuses on introducing mature enterprises, projects, funds, technologies and management related to agricultural product deep processing based on the principle of “foreign enterprises dominating, agricultural enterprises enjoying priorities, enterprises with similar functions and of interlocking industries being preferred and gathering projects”, and on the basic mode of “centralized management and supporting functions for a park which is divided into several areas”.

Necessities of the Project:

Industrial structure of Beizhen County is improved further, in order to enhance the level of development of Beizhen County’s Industrial structure and promote the rapid development of Beizhen County’s economy.

Analysis of Economic Benefit and Forecast of Market Prospects:

The total investment volume of the project is RMB 4.3 billion yuan. In the next five years, efforts will be made to introduce 60 enterprises, with over RMB 10 billion yuan output value and RMB 300 million yuan tax and through which, this area will become the largest agricultural deep processing base in Northeast China.

Basic Conditions such as Transport and Communication:

Beizhen County has a well-connected transport system, with Shenyang—Shanhaiguan Railway, Goubangzi—Haicheng Railway and Beijing—Harbin Highway (G102) running through its territory. North Panjin Exit and Gaosheng Exit of Beijing—Harbin Highway and North Panjin Station of Qinhuangdao—Shenyang High Speed Railway are just a 10-minute drive from Beizhen County. As an important north-south trunk transport line, three exits of Fuxin—Panjin Expressway are located in Beizhen County. Moreover, Beizhen County boasts with complete urban and rural infrastructure. Its road transportation, electricity supply, e-communication and stock construction land can meet the requirements of enterprises’ development.

Progress of the Preliminary Work of the Project:

Road reconstruction and pipeline laying for water supply and drainage is in progress. Construction of infrastructure will start soon.

Project Advantages and Preferential Policies:

Enterprises may enjoy relevant preferential policies for attracting investment in Beizhen County, Jinzhou City. “Nanny service” is provided for enterprises.
